The Instinctive Drives® (I.D.) System identifies your innate drives and motivations and helps you understand WHY you do the things you do, and WHAT you need to be at your BEST.

Since then she has been certified in the I.D.^TM system and leveraged it to coach executives and work with teams to elevate their leadership and to unlock what truly drives them.
